We had a home built with HHHunt and moved in November 4. There were several things wrong leading upnto close and we should have seen that as a sign to back out but we trusted pur contractor would hold to his word and fix the issues. Some were fixed but were usually followed with double the issues going forward. Upon move in the immediate issues were handled but like I said more came to follow. Many things were cosmetic, there is not s straight line anywhere to be had. The painting was half done, electrical outlets either don't work or keep tripping, yard not graded properly...the list is endless. Building defects caused to lock out of the home for a day. Forget about the inconvenience and anxiety caused by it they didn’t reimburse the locksmith bills. We are buying another from a different builder. I don’t recommend the crazy setup where a homeowner has to pay two different HOAs.
