This company is very unprofessional, it was my first time renting and had a very bad experience. The apartment I moved into was not cleaned out before I moved in and some of previous tentant's belongings like old dirty curtains broken fridge and gross air conditioners, I ended up having to remove all the stuff and deep cleaning myself. The apartment was bombed for roaches and never cleaned afterwards. Anytime something went wrong I had to wait forever because John had to contact the owner who didn't speak English so he had to wait for the daughter to respond to get anything done and if it got done was done very cheaply. Took over six months to fix my leaky moldy ceiling in my bedroom and 7 months to replace the windows which were not able to open and close properly or lock. My apartment re

I used to leave at address 1214 Cottman Ave for 5 yrs.I am very grateful to Heyer Kemner Realtors.They never raised the payment, they put a new windows because of old ones my peco Bill's were high. And when my son and I got holded by immigration 4 months they wait for is and didn't charge late fees.Mr.Brian Boyle always were very polite, John also was nice to us ,as we are immigrants. Helped us until we got on our feet. Thank you

Worst experience because I'm Spanish they were so racist to me don't deal with this company because they are all full of white trast people who doesn't have any matter I don't recommend it to anyone they are so disrespectful and I'll put a complain for racism to this company!!! There apartments are all a piece of shittt !!!
