I have been a tenant with Hewitt Garden Management for 11+ years, and the experience has been fantastic. The team is incredibly professional and responsive. Any maintenance issues I've had were addressed quickly and efficiently. The staff is always friendly and makes me feel like a valued resident, not just another number. The online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests is very convenient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed property.

I came to tour this property and was pleasantly surprised for what it had to offer. You get a good bank for your buck on square footage and the renovations are beautiful! The amenities are not that great since all they have is an outdoor pool and picnic area but I don’t mind since I won’t be using much of them. If you tour at other apartments in the area you can see the difference and that they really care about the property from the grounds and the staff was super friendly. The lady Yandy was super helpful and had every answer for each question!

Went to visit last week, highly recommend, apartments are beautiful, super large, lots of storage. I felt really welcomed by the office staff they took time to explain the process and showed me the apartments, very impressed with the place, location and personnel. My current rent expires in November so for sure thinking of submitting application here

I am current resident at Hewitt Gardens and I have been living here for three years, I am very happy with my apartment and the staff and maintenance personnel. My apartment is spacious and has a lots closets space. I highly recommend!
