Hesperia Regency Apartments

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The management there is horrible. One of them lives on site and doesn’t follow any of the rules that we’re supposed to follow. They are very rude. I lived there for almost 2 years worst two years of my life. They did nothing but harass us for every little thing then when we decided to finally move Out they want to try and charge us for every little thing. Even things that were already there that was mentioned to them in emails prior before, but they completely ignored the emails. We were told by corporate if we wanted to move out earlier, they would allow us to break the lease and give us our full deposit back., that was also a lie. I do not recommend renting from this Place, unless you want to be harassed the entire time you live there.

These apartments are great to live in beautiful scenery calm area maintenance is always keeping everything clean comes with Jacuzzi,pool,a laundry room and a fitness room apartments are nice and spacious come check it out for yourself...

This was my first apartment ever, i lived there for 1.5 years & its very quiet and peaceful.. they dont let kids play with any outdoor toys.. we got written up twice for my son playing with a soccer ball. they weren't even being bad or kicking it high it was amongst themselves.. they also use your deposit for the next pal. we left that home SPOTLESS.. three small stains and they want us to pay for the THE WHOLE CARPET on the place.. it was a small chocolate stain that melted... i went and clean and they are still charging me a cleaning fee. PS some guy got murdered there as well...

My wife and I were wary of moving in due to the high number of negative reviews, but we were impressed by the staff when we went to see the units. While the exterior of the buildings might be a little dated and in need of some updating, the inside of the apartments was very nice. We stayed for a year, and received almost the entirety of our security deposit back. Long story short, don't believe just the negative reviews. Would move back if we returned to Cali.

Terrible! They’ll take your security deposit just to fix up the apt for the next guy. And they’ll lie about it with a smile. Very rude. They’ll also spy on you, and speak in Spanish because they know you can’t understand it. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management is horrible.
