HERRON REAL ESTATE is a great office to partner with as an agent. There’s generally a misconception with this type of “model”…lack of support, no training, you’re just a number; this couldn’t be further from the truth. David Herron is the epitome of a servant leader. He is at almost every Broker Open, office trainings, networking events and meeting one on one with agents. On top of this he’s running one of the larger a brokerages in NE FL. He has attracted a fantastic group of owners and multiple broker associates to help. The staff at each office are ALWAYS very helpful and responsive…I’d expect nothing less from a group led by David. We scheduled a confirmed showing with agent Bradley Fisher and drove three hours to see the property. Unfortunately, when we arrived, he did not answer calls or messages and never showed. While we understand unexpected situations can arise, a simple cancellation notice would have saved us the trip. What concerns us more is that other buyers have reported similar experiences with this agent, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. This company has potential, but consistency and professionalism from its representatives are key. I hope management takes steps to address this, as it reflects not only on the agent but also on the company’s reputation with both buyers and sellers.

As a new realtor, the ability to speak to your broker and have the ability to be trained by top agents is priceless. I would highly recommend Herron to all agents new and seasoned.
