Herron Pointe Home Owners

Heron Point is nice and well maintained. Thecasita where we stayed was nice enough and clean; but not well stocked with things like towels (it's a beach condo for crying out loud). My bedroom was on the front side directly adjacent to two bright lights, one in the hallway and one in the stairway, which flooded our bedroom with enough light to clearly see everything in the room and kept us awake all night (really!) Id recommend blackout shades or install a cover inside the light fixtures to keep light in the areas that are a hazard and not in the bedrooms. Although I did see a guy riding in a maintenance vehicle looking at us, I realize that I was looking at him too, and he never interfered with us at all, so, no foul and no harm. Horrible week stay ! HOA members feel extremely entitled over tourists and seems they do not like them to stay in their “complex”. Felt as if we were followed around. Coming into indoor pool to “ check “ on us for what i paid money to stay just like you did your fees! Asking me where i stay n which unit im in Is nobody of this areas buisness as long as im paying to be here. ( units) The upstairs unit didnt care about the “ quiet hours. Opening and closing sliding glass door at 3:30 am and stomping all hours of the night . Alll week long and i told head of housekeeping , vice president of HOA, & maintenance guy ( which all work for this complex). as well as i told my Airbnb host and absolutely nothing was done. Tried parking where numerous spots were open to work on hvac next door, got yelled at by a person stating “they’re on the HOA board “ and can’t park here…. very disrespectful !! Nowhere else to park wouldn’t be there long at all but wouldn’t allow it!!

Stayed here this weekend, the home owners are so annoying. They would follow us to the pool and just annoy us all day even if we stepped outside. We left two days early due to this! NEVER again
