Heron Village Apartments

I can’t express enough how the moving process was so easy. Becky is a thoughtful, kind and caring property manager. I am older and she was patient which is always nice. A unexpected welcome package was waiting for me and some of it I used immediately. Property is clean and kept up. Shelby (I believe that is her name) fixed an unexpected problem right away. Very kind management team. Also I want to note the one bedrooms are larger than most in the price range. All in all a delightful experience.

I’ve lived at Heron Village for almost 5 years and I’m thankful to call this place home. The property manager and maintenance has always been a delight to work with. They often do fun things for the community and are always so kind and helpful!

Becky is absolutely AMAZING! Our process of applying has been so smooth not a single issue and every question small or big (and we had a lot) were answered quickly- it seemed she was as excited to get us in as we were to get in! I cannot wait to be a tenant of this complex.

We lived in these apartments for almost three years, and if we hadn’t had to move out of state we would have stayed there probably until we bought a house. The staff are absolutely phenomenal and even have a basket of new home essentials waiting when you move in (shout out to the amazing property manager, Becky, who goes above and beyond to create a friendly, welcoming, and safe feeling community)! Heron village apartments are well maintained and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. They are very pet friendly and there is lots of grass and nearby paved walking paths (right along the canal, leading to parks and all the way into Downtown Meridian away from the side of the road)! Close enough to Boise for a slightly extended but reasonable commute, and small enough to feel quiet a
