Don’t move here! The apartments are overpriced and very dated! They don’t want to repair anything, and when you bring it to their attention they will send maintenance who will then give you a list of things to do to fix it! The dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove is ancient…stop trying to patch fix it, and replace it already!!! Of course they aren’t going to do that because we have been living here for years, and they don’t care about current tenants having appliances that are up to date and functioning properly. They want to save money, so these things aren’t addressed for current tenants. They’re waiting for you to move out before they handle these things, so they can rent to a new tenant. I moved into Hermitage at Beechtree in 2017 & am still here. The office staff, Tina & Emily are the best! Very responsive to needs of tenants, as is the maintenance staff. Complex is quiet & grounds are kept clean for the most part. Buildings are older but were recently given a new & fresh coat of paint. I have not experienced any bug problems in my apartment other than the occasional water bugs that somehow creep in now & then. Pest control is part of the fees if needed though. I don’t drive so I like that there is a bus stop right out in front of the complex. The pool area is well-kept & the workout area is small but functional. Equipment was recently updated. I don’t own a pet but there is a small dog park on premises. Cable is included in the rent (not optional) & other fees. Expec

This is probably the best apartment complex we've been at in Cary so far. Tina and Emily are wonderful and very prompt with any concerns we may have (which we've had one in the 8-9 months we've been here, and it was taken care of same day) Maintenance is prompt and the guys are also courteous when they're around the complex. The grounds are kept clean by the staff as well. For people saying hidden fees every fee mentioned was told to us up front before we even put a deposit down for an apartment, so we knew about those beforehand. I really couldn't say enough good things about this place. It's a great place to live without having to pay an arm and a leg to be so close to the Greenway and other attractions in Cary.

Honestly, it seems like the bad reviews have to be from other apartment complexes. The service, promptness, and professionalism of the office staff can't be matched. I don't know how anyone could say otherwise, all of the staff at Hermitage at Beechtree, including both office and maintenance are courteous, friendly, have a sense of humor, and seem to genuinely care about their residents. They do little things like organizing a community yard sale, and handing out free chik-fil-a biscuits occassionally as residents go to work. Also, they are so accommodating when it comes to holding packages for residents and having great office hours. What a NITGHTMARE! NEVER TRUST THEM!!! All verbal promises come to be broken in the end. I rented an apartment for a quarter there because the location was good for me to commute to work. I noticed that I need to pay various hidden fees before I decided to rent this apartment. Actually the hidden fees were OK, because I could notice them and I expected to pay them. There is a strange clause that the lease will be automatically extended, although I have clearly identified the date of expiry.
