Heritage Title & Escrow

My wife and I sold our home in Indialantic, FL. It was By Owner. A realtor friend of ours strongly recommended Amy and Dan and the team at Heritage Title & Escrow to handle our transaction. Having worked with several other Title agencies I was eager to try for a better experience. In short, the process went smoothly and I will use them again when the time comes. The front office point of contact "Heidi" was pleasant and seemed to always be informed on status each time I called for various questions. She also coached me through the process. Upon the sale, Amy gave my wife and me a small gift pack... which we needed along with some tissues since we were both a bit sad and glad at the same time. Way to go Heritage and THANK YOU.
