Nice by all account for a rural part of Iowa. The lawns are well maintained with lush green grass. The residents have small patio pads to setup chairs to enjoy the cooler breezes.
Maintenance man is very poor person he sprays roundup around flowers. He pulls up Tennets flowers and other things with out asking for there permission. He doesn't fix anything he lies. He is lazy he mowes over big branches he doesn't pickup branches. So morel of the story he needs to be fired and so does the lady he takes orders from. They r having a public meeting in June of 2021. I can't remember the date.
Hud development which means my tax dollars help pay for said development and sidewalks yet some of the "wonderful" tenants want to tell my child he can't ride his bike on the sidewalks.
