90 days post move out and still no word on my security deposit…after paying rent on time each month for over 5 years…

My wife and I have been with Heritage Realty just a little over four years and we absolutely love them! We had to move in a hurry and this company was suggested to us, they met with us immediately, showed us a house and it was just what we needed! We hope to continue to go through this company when we switch from renting to owning.

I was probably one of the best tenants of one of these rental properties that this company has ever had. I took very good care of this rental, did basic maintenance, and when I moved out, I even pressure washed the siding, the patio, and painted all the walls of the house, yet I get docked on my security deposit, for stuff tht I actually cleaned, and carpets, which I was told not to worry about because they were going to redo the cleaning anyway. A bad buisness practice to steal money for petty things and not to appreciate the bigger things that I didn't have to do, but did anyway to help them out.

Used them for 2 home purchases and the experience was 5 stars!
