I had high hopes this would be a pleasurable experience building our home, however, there were so many communication issues with Heritage. Communication started off well but quickly deteriorated as our home was close to being done, and especially bad after needing to address items on our punch list. Replies to our questions/concerns took several days to weeks! I had one final request and response back to them on Friday 7/29 and here we are a week later with no response. It’s sad when you’ve made the biggest investment of your life and they don’t give you the courtesy of replying in a professional amount of time. Overall the house itself is mediocre. We built our dream home with Heritage Custom Homes and couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish the process was enjoyable. Building a home can be very stressful, however Heritage put our worries at ease and answered all our questions and were very professional. Their team was helpful and reliable. Not only was the quality high they also stayed on schedule too. We had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build!

I contracted this company to build a home for my mother in a beautiful well manicured subdivision (Autumn Heights) in Rehoboth, MA. The process was seamless and they were able to finish the build in about 6months. She loves the home and I would hire this company again.

It can't be understated the importance of selecting the right builder for a home in which you plan to spend many years. This is a place where you may potentially raise a family. A place that your children will remember for the rest of their lives as where they grew up (one of our 4 year olds has already offered to buy it from us, however, at this time she lacks the proper credit history).
