Not that I can actually compare as far as realtors go, but Glen and Liz are AWESOME!! I'd recommend them based off of that ALONE!! They're both so helpful and honest, I was instantly comfortable talking with them both about what I was hoping for in the sale of my late mother's condo AND THEY DELIVERED! Glen was honest about the numbers and necessary touch-ups/repairs vs selling as-is. And Liz.. what an ANGEL!! She went above and beyond, working with myself, the executor of the estate (sister, out of state), AND my aunt (whose a realtor in a other state) making sure we all understood every step of the selling process the entire time! What was originally a scary, anxiety-filled, first-time experience became an easy and fulfilling change of a lifetime thanks to them 🩷

Glen and Liz are great throughout the process. Liz helped tremendously with identifying quick fixes and improvements to help the property look great for the listing. His mild mannered personality turned into a beast during the negotiation process and he helped settle issues quickly with minimum financial impact to the initial offer.
