Heritage Park Villas

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Amy, the property manager at Heritage Park Villas, and wanted to share how impressed I am with her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for the residents. The management team consistently goes above and beyond in maintaining and improving the property. Over the past year, they’ve completed numerous enhancements, including sidewalk repairs, carport painting, address signage replacement, and pressure washing of the housing units. They also updated the community room and thoughtfully sought resident feedback during the process. In addition to maintaining the property, they have started offering activities such as bingo to help residents get to know one another and build a strong sense of community and mutual support. Amy has been amazing. She runs a smooth and organized property and is prompt with any communication. She's a problem solver with a smile. I have never been met with anything other than professionalism, empathy and kindness. Amy and her Maintenance Supervisor, Will are a perfect team. You will be taken care of!

I love how things have been going here! The new management is great and on top of things on the property. Amy knows her stuff and does whatever it takes to make sure tenants are taken care of.

Amy was quick to contact me when she found my dad’s prescriptions had been dropped and ran over in the parking lot. Even texted me a photo. We are very appreciative of the extra attention.

We visited Heritage Park with my parents and it was such a great experience. Amy was so helpful and kind. My parents are looking forward to moving as soon as possible.
