Heritage Park Villas in West Covina

Run from this place!!! It's a drug infested place along with a bunch of people who drink and fall drunk in the day room in the parking area and it's uncontrolled by management the management here will have rules that don't apply to everyone he makes his own rules and don't follow the tenant laws. There also kids here that make so much noise... Run run 🏃🏃🏃 if you have any complaints here regards to management and you try speaking to the owner he will block you there are many people here that are unhappy on how management handles many things and fear of retaliation people tend to stay quiet. I didn't know that NOW we all are allowed to do private parties at the club house and save the dates, wow, that's a great Improvement for us as seniors and our families. Manager is always so impressive. Bad side of it is so many seniors going to get at home enclosed when the club house is not available due to party dates. Sorry guys. Suffering with my anxiety and meds and all this kids running and screaming. Hopefully they don't stay like this untill midnight as always. So sad this management isn't aware he is working in a seniors (elderly people) facility, he is not in the barrio anymore. We want peace and quietness. Today is so hard. Lots of people and kids yelling and screaming, loud music. I'm scared on going out with all this people around. .... Edited at 10:08 pm jun , Sat 24 2023

It states that it’s senior living but they don’t accommodate for the seniors whatsoever. You would think because it’s senior living they would have an emergency line in the restroom but nothing. If something is wrong with your apartment they take forever to fix whatever is wrong. They are always working on stuff outside of the apartments but yet you never see a difference. A great deal of the time you can’t even park in your parking spot because they are either cleaning the areas or some sort. These are seniors, they shouldn’t have to walk from the street all the way to the apartments, what if some of the seniors have trouble walking? They DO NOT accommodate to the seniors. Might as well pay for regular living for the price you are paying here.

In my search for Senior Living I spoke with Mario who was every kind and accommodating. He took the time to explain all the upgrades that are in progress at this location and I truly look forward to calling this location home. Thank you Mario.
