We have lived at Heritage Park for almost 8 years and love it here. Shannon is an awesome manager and cares so much about Seniors. She does all she can to make our lives better. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained and so well insulated you hear very little from your neighbors apartments. Each apartment comes with a nice patio space and the grounds are very nice and well kept by our landscapers. It’s a great place to live. We love it here.
A great community to live in, yards are well kept. The manager Shannon is very involved in day to day activities and goes above and beyond for the residents there.
This a wonderful small 62+ senior community who has an on-site manager who helps with many residential situations outside her job description. It is rent controlled unlike the rest of Taft.
Everyone is really nice a lot have dogs everything is right there close center st has a lot of things lots of so many things
You can never get ahold of anyone in charge on the phone that's not cool
