Heritage Park

I am posting as a different person because I currently live here. They will make my life HELL if they knew I was leaving a bad review. This is not a good place to live. The rules will get slapped HARD at you if you are not close with anyone who works in the office. Some people that have lived here years have hoarded apartments and the rules do not apply to them. There is a constant problem with roaches!!! They think a pest control in our apartments every 4 months with them spraying our cupboards and in/out of our apartments in 1-2 minutes will keep roaches out and away. It NEVER works. There is a constant drug problem in the complex and im not talking about marijuana. Be prepared to have everyone watch you and talk about you on the regular. Especially the maintenence men. Great place to live. Very quiet. Management is great and understanding

When they have the TCW -WRESTLING event there it is absolutely wonderful to see the kids so happy. Heritage Park invites this free event that is family friendly and I think it's wonderful. How many apartment complexes do live entertainment for their tenants on a bi monthly basis? And absolutely FREE. I love Heritage Park!

Just moved in a few days ago everyone so far has been so nice the apartment are very nice inside everything was pretty much replaced great place to live

I live here and I recommend this apartment they have done some work to it and it looks nice in the buildings and it's neighbor friendly
