The manager Katie, has been helping me deal with a delicate situation between my father, who lives there, and another resident. My father doesn't speak English very well, but Katie has been amazing in taking the time to do what is necessary for him to understand. She's even used a translation app if I'm unavailable to help. My dad has never received such kind assistance from anyone. Thank you Katie for all you do!

I would like to share my experience at heritage park Monrovia Back in May of this year. There were issues in the apartment. The management did everything thing they could to help with the situation in the early morning hours and make us comfortable. The apartment had to have major work done. The work was completed with care of our items, maintenance man, did a tremendous job on all work that had to be done. This is not the first time the maintenance man has done a job in the apartment in a timely and professional manner. Thank you management and maintenance man.

Jacob has been a very good manager. During the pandemic he has kept us informed of what was happening in the community. And has worked to keep us as safe as possible . I'm very happy to have him here🙂
