Heritage Park Apartments

First impressions mean a lot, right? I just moved in. Everyone has, it's newly built! Once you do though - you'll notice the subtle flaws, really quickly. Neighbors seem to be terrible. Management appears to be giving favoritism to certain residents over others. Handicap spaces are assigned out to non-handicap residents. Friend came over. We ended up hanging out at the office, where as far as I can tell, it's the only spaces available for handicap use. In one week there has been several mass emails about parking issues, and I've experienced one myself. Then they call themselves a dog friendly community, but all of the (VERY FEW) grassy areas say no walking on the grass and no poop and pee zone. So where?! It's a brand new building, but build quality can be described as "cheap/quick".
