Heritage Park and Heritage Commons Apartments

Just moved my daughter in a few months ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place seems very clean and well maintained. She loves he apartment. Yes, there's kids playing outside, but are usually in before dark. We love the way its very well lit at night. The neighbors are friendly. We're very glad that we found a place where she can call home.

Incredibly hard to contact these people they request a million different things after already saying you are good to go they will put your application on hold for stupid reasons they will not refund you ANYTHING if you decide to cancel due to their negligence and horrible self service. A big waste of money and time do not get your hopes up. Nobody answers the phone or emails until you say your gonna cancel they

The office staff is a pleasure. But for maintenance if you need something fixed look for melvin,twice ive put service tickets in one of the maintenance staff will come in and leave. once i reach out to him or the office manager gets a hold of him he fixes it immediately thank u melvin! I went 4 months without a dryer and he fixed it in 15 minutes

Its low income but asking same amount as other apartments. They threat eviction being less then 2 weeks late. Its seems like it’s month to month lease and not a year contract. A contract should be 30 days late then threat with eviction. Pool never clean, shoot outs every other weekend. Yall hage the nerve to evict people who’s late the 1st time within a week. They are a set up to ruin peoples life.

This is a wonderful community to live in. It's beautiful, well maintained, safe, and being surrounded by nature is a plus! The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. Any issues are resolved quickly. They really go above and beyond to help you!! Hailey is fabulous and very thorough!! The maintenance guys are soo kind, polite, and very hard workers.
