Heritage on The Merrimack

Was helping my daughter move in., I had just taken a queen size mattress of the roof of her car wondering how to move up to third floor with her. Sedik a Maintenance person who works for Heritage on the Merrimack came by saw our plight and offered to help me carry upstairs. This act of genuine kindness and generosity of spirit was appreciated. We are impressed by the smiling help, Sidek is awesome!!

I have no idea how theres so many good reviews. All my neighbors say how bad this place is, too. Hah. The office management is honestly so bad, I'm actually questioning how legitimate those good reviews are, specifically on that factor alone. It's probably their own company pretending to be residents 😅..seriously hah. This complex is a JOKE. They never show up for maintenence so that's another shock on the good reviews pertaining to that. It's taken them an entire year to look at my windows! Maintenence actually just walked in unannounced with no appointment, had no idea they were even coming. I had no clothes on! So illegal and unprofessional. THANKFULLY, my door was semi shut so they couldn't see me. This is just one out of the other 100 disappointments. Don't let their "fancy" amenities

My wife and I have been living at Heritage on The Merrimack for about 3 years now. My experience living here has been only positive. People that live here are friendly and always smile or ask how you are in passing. The office and maintenance staff here, whether coordinating a large project, snow removal, or a minor issue, are polite, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. At the end of the my work day I look forward to going HOME, a place that makes you feel safe, most comfortable, and special. That’s the Heritage on The Merrimack.

I've been living here for about 9 months, and overall I love it. I live on the ground floor (2 digit room numbers) and bugs have not been a problem. The way the building are designed, you don't have people living on all sides of you. The bedrooms and bathrooms share a wall, but the living room/kitchen area shares a wall with the hallway. I haven't had any noise issues while being here. The staff are extremely friendly (and not just before move in), when I call with a question or to stop by for my packages they are always professional. The perk of being on the ground floor is I rarely need to use my A/C, but the winter my electric and gas bill is over $100 each (it's gas heat but they have an electric heater in the water heater room). Only con is how expensive it is to live here...

my apartment is modern with great closets. Moved in a month ago, and I'm impressed. Onsite office and staff is friendly and helpful. Reported problems with my flooring. Was fixed in a week. Also, They did a excellent job, handling my broken dishwasher.
