When I tell you she went above and far beyond any agent I have ever had, I am not exaggerating. She was truly impressive! Angela was referred to me and I told her right from the start that I could not work with an agent unless they were available to show asap as the market was hot and homes were selling way above ask and she understood. She was always ready, willing and able to go at a moments notice. The first house I tried to purchase needed a strong negotiator to be able to get us the house as there were so many offers coming in at once. She succeeded. We ran into problems with water because it was a well and she actually offered part of her commission to help me fix the issue. F
