We had the privilege to stay a short term stay here. The apartments date back to the 60's and we were so happy about this as it meant that if you in your apartment it is quiet. The rooms are spacious and it was with a sad hart that we are heading back to the UK but we will be back in the near future and would book it again for long term

I WOULD GIVE THIS NASTY MANAGED AND POORLY RAN COMPLEX A -100 STARS IF I COULD. I AM 63, I LIVED IN 20 OR SO RENTAL PROPERTIES AND OWNED SEVERAL MYSELF. THIS PROPERTY BUILT IN 64 HAS A RAT, AND ROACH INFESTATION. THE ROACHES ARE SO PROLIFIC NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO THEY ARE DROPPING EGGS EVERYWHERE.DRAWERS, CRACKS IN CEILINGS, DOOR JAMS JUST EVERYWHERE. THE MICE AND RATS COME THROUGH THE PLUMBMING UNDER THE SINK, BEHIND THE STOVES AND DISHWASHERS. THE AC IS ON THE CHILL SYSTEM, IT DOES NOT COOL ENOUGH OR HEAT ENOUGH. I LIVED HERE FOR 8 YEARS FOR PERSONAL REASONS. I WOULD HAVE LEFT IF I COULD HAVE...THE WATER IS ALSO CONSTANTLY BEING SHUT OFF RANDOMLY..THE ELEVATOR BREAKS DOWN FOR MONTHS. THE CRIME ON MARILEE IS DISCUSTING AND SCARY. I WAS JUST CHASED BY A MAN TO THE FRONT DOOR ON MARCH 1ST 20

07/10/23 - I wish it was possible to give zero star. Living here is a nightmare. Who keeps their residents in heat during a hot summer as this? The a/c has been bad for over a month now with zero efforts to make it better. The swimming pool is a disaster.. zero maintenance. Everywhere is dirty. Do yourself a favor and find some place else. Not worth the money. I will continue to provide updates.

I hate having to give this place a 1 star… I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. The front staff is very friendly and wanting to help most of the time… but I have never put in so many work orders before. When I first moved in, the sinks and drains were clogged, the oven did not work, the cabinets are rotting, the flooring in the bathroom is coming up, I have had 2 leaks from my ceiling, and now I have no hot water. There are creepy people always in the back parking lot trying to get into the apartment complex, I’m 100% sure there are squatters in one of the apartments because they busted the glass sliding door open… not to mention they say the “ac is getting fixed” but I don’t see how that is going to happen as the unit barely pushes out any airflow… had to invest in a AC unit for the

They should upload a photo of the pool as it really is so that people can realize what the apartments are like here, that you have to live with the stinking cockroaches, that the central air conditioning doesn't work, that the hallways smell bad, that the carpets are disgusting, and that people take the trash out into the hallways and stay there on weekends, and that the mountain outside behind the apartments looks like a jungle and there are so many things to say and complain about. I would like the owner to sell and live here to see how it feels.
