I moved here January 2, 2026 and I have not been disappointed. This place is amazing. First let me tell you about the staff, they are all professional and amazing people. Alexa R. helped me throughout the entire process. I loved that she followed up with me after I had moved in, but the one thing I loved about her the most was that she remembered my mom and my daughter by name. She is attentive to detail and such a sweet person. Her honesty and great vibe made me feel at ease and not pressured. Now, regarding the community, the community is very friendly. You will see people walking doing their cardio, others walking their dogs (and yes they clean up after their dogs). I cannot say enough amazing things about Alex Rivera! From start to finish, she made my entire application and move-in process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. Moving can be overwhelming, but Alex truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. She kept me updated every step of the way and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and works hard for you, Alex Rivera is the one. Been here for 7 years and have to relocate for work. I enjoyed my time here. It’s my first time living on my own after the military and this neighborhood has exceeded all of my exceptions. I love that it’s gated, it’s calm, peaceful, perfectly located, and the neighbors have been nice. The property and landscape is very well-kept. All of my maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. Big thanks to the office staff, Amanda, Alexa, and the maintenance guys for all the help!

We just moved in a week ago and we love it here. Noelia and Alex are very nice and helpful, great customer service. New apartments, very modern, spacious, great amenities, clean, gated community. More than what we were looking for, thanks to the Lord who brought us here. We found a place to call home.
