Heritage Hills

After doing some work in my apartment, someone inadvertently left an outlet uncovered. The cover was there and I figured I could do it myself. As I pressed the cables in with the screw driver it started sparking. That was it for me. I was not going to attempt it again. I was concerned that it could start an electrical fire. I immediately reached out to get assistance from maintenance department to have a technician come and take care of it. He was very prompt and responsive and addressed the situation. I appreciate the fact that they address things like this with priority.

This is the worst apartment complex. Do NOT go there! In my daughter’s room the roof fell on her while she was sleeping! There was black mold everywhere from the roof! I immediately tried contacting heritage hills and they didn’t respond for a few days and it took them 1 and half months to even come in and do anything at all! The mold was everywhere in my young daughter’s room! It was traumatic! Even when they patched the roof, they never cleaned the mold! It was a horrible experience! They also don’t respond to any other maintenance calls in a timely manner. When they do respond after a few days they don’t fix things properly. It’s a half job. The maintenance is unprofessional there. I was sleeping in my bedroom and they were supposed to come fix my toilet that had to water and wasn’t abl

From day one Alyssa has been amazing with us. I had been traveling out of state through the initial process and there was never any issues. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner and I was never left with doubts. Management has definitely been outstanding. The 2bd apartment was in great conditions when we moved in, clean and extremely comfortable for a family of 3. Maintenance personal have responded quickly to our requests and have fixed the issues in a timely manner. Could it be better? Of course because there is always room for improvement but we have 1 month in the apartment and I don’t regret the decision of moving here.

I love living here. The apartment is very nice and spacious everything is update had few minor problems but maintenance was very quick to fix things. The area is quiet and clean.. Management Alyssa is Awesome she works with you she’s very sweet. the laundry room is awesome the Washer and dryers are new they the work well .. I honestly have no complaints.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. It is terrible. Had a leak in the roof and took more than 8 months to get it repaired. They still had the nerve to raise the rent. Rendered the second bedroom unusable the whole time and full of dusty mold with mushrooms growing out of the ceiling. I keep my place meticulously clean and now I got a mouse in my apartment. I requested maintenance to come over a week ago and all they did was spray foam under the sink and made a mess.
