Heritage Forest

You raise the rent twice a year after signing the original lease.the drug use can be smelled before you get into the property and the people you're renting to has no respect for thier neighbors .there's no no control over the amount of people partying in the parking lot. I don't have enough time to tell you everything that goes on out here. I've been here 6yr it was so nice when I moved here but I'll have to move with the rent increase it's not worth it.

Ok I’ve been her for 2 years 2 long. The place has the ability to be nice. My apartment is spacious. But the rental office customer service is trash. They never open on time. They never pick up the phone. The neighbors in my unit are loud and ghetto. One of them has a heard of people living in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 dogs. I believe he’s breeding by them. The dogs are always barking and the owner never has them on a leash. The dogs shxted on the second floor while the owner lives on the third floor. I made a complaint about this before the Christmas holiday and it’s just now 1-3-23 today being cleaned. Cooperate never picks up the phone. Franklin Johnson you have a lawsuit with your name on it. I love living here, I have been here for 3 1/2 years now and Samantha knows exactly what she doing. Best manager ever!!! When I moved in she was at the front desk. But sometimes the people up front don’t know nothing they get an attitude, hang up on you when you call back they lie. The girl at the front desk has only been there for two months and she just rude. I have lived in this complex now for 3 years and I give it 5 stars because the rental office staff is AMAZING! They're friendly and very compassionate about the well being of their tenants. I have been having some hardship and they have been so understanding and patient with Me. I love this staff. This place is a awesome place to live. Just like anywhere you choose to live you have to make it feel like home because there's little problems everywhere you live. I could be homeless but this staff has been nothing but AWESOME and they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME with great communication. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I big Shout out to SAMANTHA AND NICOLE these women really ROCK!
