Heritage Estates Apartments

I had an incredible experience with the Heritage Apartments leasing office, especially thanks to Maddie! She went above and beyond to help get me approved quickly and made the entire process so much easier during what was otherwise a very stressful time of moving. Maddie was extremely attentive, always quick to respond, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She made everything feel seamless and took the pressure off. The property itself is amazing—clean, well-maintained, and the apartments are beautifully updated. There are so many great amenities including a pool, multiple dog parks, a fitness center, sauna, and so much more. It truly feels like home here. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment and an awesome leasing team!

Overall a good experience. The leasing office is great, and maintenance is very responsive. The grounds are well-kept for the most part. There have been ongoing issues with the garbage not being collected and overflowing from the dumpsters, but this is most likely a county issue. The biggest drawbacks of these apartments are the noise and the price. I do find these apartments are quite overpriced for how outdated the units are. You can find renovated and modern apartments with hard flooring rather than carpet for around the same price. The appliances are extremely outdated and worn down. Additionally, because these buildings are about 50 years old (records show they were built in the 70s), the noise you hear from your neighbors is extremely disruptive. I moved here in September and have had nothing but good experiences. I was incredibly nervous about moving to St. Louis as a young woman by myself but I absolutely love this community. It’s in a very safe area and haven’t had to worry about any violence or crime. Maintenance is great and they’ve been super quick to fix any issues I’ve had! The property is clean and very well kept, and my neighbors are super nice! I’ve enjoyed the safety and community this far and hope to spend many more years here!
