Temple Terrace is such a nice place to live, this is why apartments are expensive. We chose this one for budget reasons when we rented a year ago(1450 for 2×1). This place exceeded our expectations. Very much kid friendly. they play all day outside and they are respectful, don't touch other people's stuff. Never had anything stolen or burglary. Very safe and I used to walk during the night. Never had any issues. People mind their own business. Any maintenance issue promptly fixed. The buildings are old so the management does their best. Luczer and his management team were on top of their game. Didn't have a chance to have much interaction with the newest management. Never had a power outage or flooding during a hurricane. My family had a great time here, made friends with some neighbours

Been here 5 years. This place has done nothing but get worse. Multiple managers. Two different owners. Can't get things fixed

A picture tells a story, it is better to show you than to tell you. You want to move here? Well take a look at our electric bill. They have yet to fix the problem and this has been going on since we moved here months ago.

This is my experience with the whole process… I believe in my HEART LUCZ, should get a HUGE BONUS, PLUS A RAISE 🙌🏽. The process was challenging but he help overcome it, how many managers you’ll meet that are willing to help out? Well Lucz, is that person who does and goes beyond his job description to help out. So, in behalf of my family thank you Lucz. I don’t have any complaints… I also want to mention the maintenance gentleman is outstanding also, I believe all the staff is outstanding. My teenager feels safe as well as myself that’s a plus.
