Private clubhouse for Heritage at Cadence 55 and over gated community. Has ballroom, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, locker rooms, demonstration kitchen, library, craft room, pool tables, bocce, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, spa, fire pit, movement room, business space, meeting rooms, and plenty of events and activities.

Houses too close together. Lots are too small. Facilities looked good. If this is your cup of tea, go for it. Realtors are very polite and the designs at the 55+ community were great. If we could take the floor plan we liked and plop it on a lot where the entire community has spacing and large lots, we might consider it.
