Heritage Apartments

If I could I would give this place a one star review they are kicking me out even tho I'm 17 and have no income or anything should not be even open of they are going to kick teenagers out without a proper reason and only the kid even tho they didn't do anything do not suggest living here if you want stay longer than 4-6 months should just rent a house instead + the rules here suck and they run it like a O Prison never live here if you want freedom

We just got letters on our doors, telling us how often to clean what to where, even what type of cleaners to buy and use! Heritage is ran like a prison camp not a home! And because management is friends outside of work with the Director of housing, how we feel and what we think is tenants, don’t matter it’s not our property. It’s a convenience that we live here according to them even though we do pay rent, I do. I know several people that has had their yard area and stuff, cutely decorated and was told to take down all the stuff that wasn’t even their yard or you can’t even put out flowers and stuff to decorate management definitely has a control issue problem

Would not recommend first day seeing apartment Brenda walked in a showed me steps look down couple dead bugs on floor not swept out.. open microwave dirty on inside.. like common atleast have the apartment ready.. that’s a big no no.. but it’s overall a nice apartment. Just bad requirements like barely having time for people to stay parking spots are not straight.. best of luck to everyone else!
