I lived there for 3 years. Construction was going on for a year and a half. There was no consideration from the other tenants in the building... slamming doors and being loud in the hallways when some of us don't work 9-5 jobs and need to sleep during the days. There was major construction going on underneath our unit and there was zero communication was the office until I reached out and asked how long it would be going on for. I was told it would be done one day and it went on the rest of the week. The tenants would leave their garbage outside of the dumpsters and rats would come by my parking spot. This company is being run by a bunch of con artists, who lie to the condo owners 24/7, impose high common charges without serving the community, blatantly ignore condo by-laws and worst of all steal other people's properties for their own profit. See the stolen shopping carts from nearby businesses

Worst management company on Long Island without a doubt. Charge high monthly fee but doesn't bother to upkeep the building. This hole on the wall hasn't been fixed for months
