Hensley at Corona Pointe

This people who work at the office are scammers. We moved out January 15 and left the entire apartment clean from a professional cleaning service. They charge me $210 for general cleaning without them not doing anything. I spoke with Ariana who works at the office and she’s always been super rude with attitude, she said everyone automatically pays that fee, we charge everyone. So the final walk with the maintenance person doesn’t mean anything? Because he mentioned everything look great, all they had to do was touch up paint and carpet cleaning. Carpet cleaning was another $95. The sewer they are charging me for the final month $83.30 for 11/30/2025-12/31/2025, my sewer fee never came in that high and all of sudden they bump sewer fee. I’ve been living here for about 6 months, and my experience has been very positive. Irene and her staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. They respond quickly and make you feel like a valued resident. Maintenance has been reliable and efficient, handling requests in a timely manner. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe. I also appreciate the location here in Corona — it’s convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway, which makes daily life easier. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

Great office! All the staff are so helpful and nice. They help with basically everything, from questions about my lease to helping me print a resume. I’ve never had a bad experience with the office staff, ever! I’m very thankful for every single person working in the leasing office! Their maintenance staff are also very nice and communicate with when they can show up, and go out of their way to show us what the exact problem was that they found.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hensley at Corona Pointe. The community is clean, well kept, and overall just a great place to live. The office team makes a big difference. Deja, Kaleah, and Scarlett are always friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Anytime I bring something to them, I never have to question whether it’ll get handled. They always follow through and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the community, and it really makes a difference. Living here has been such a positive experience because of the team in the office. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

The apartment was not ready at all when we moved in. The oven and dishwasher didn’t work and had to be replaced after we moved in. The kitchen smelled strongly of paint because they didn’t air it out properly. The bedroom sliding closet was missing a door, they had to put that in after we moved in. Refrigerator was missing a glass shelf that they had to put in after we moved in. There was something green (maybe laundry detergent?) in the kitchen cabinets that I had to clean out after moving in. There’s a blind missing in the bedroom window that they never did put in. We requested maintenance to fix a super loose power outlet and they refused to fix it because “it still works” They worked on the water and now our water pressure is super low and management is claiming that that’s normal wat
