I just moved in about 3mths ago & already had a manager change. First we had to drop off our rent off Diana which is ok since it's still in the NE but now we have to go all the way to Mobile off Alabama smh. Most of the time the door is locked. The new manager isn't very personable & getting work orders filled is a task. We've had pigeons on our roof nesting since before we moved in, dropping bird poop right in front of our door & they were supposed to come out screens up to block them but in ALL the times we called, talked to someone, nobody has shown up to do it. Very frustrating. It was a rush job in remodeling these houses. The kitchen cabinets are coming away from the wall, still no back gates. I can't really expect anything better because it is still housing. Other than those things,
