Tim Heney was a real life-saver for us. We live in California but needed to sell my husband's parent's house in Barre Vermont. Whitney Brown listed both of my apartment buildings in Barre City in 2022. Mind you, the interest rates at the time of the listings were nearly double from 6 months earlier. Selling an apartment building in a low interest rate environment is tough! But selling 2 buildings when mortgage rates are between 6% and 7% is nearly impossible!
