i wish i could give this 0 stars but it won't let me . anyways i lived at these apartments for about 2 years . LET ME START WITH THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT ! i currently have been trying to get my deposit back and i moved out since june of 2025. horrible experience . i lived on the 3rd story of building 2, and we would always hear noises in the attic area even though there is no entry point . i left the apartment in good condition and they don't want to give the deposit back because "unfortunately this company does not give deposits back" words from the property manager . the hallways are dirty and signage is broken . becareful with the wasps that make nests as well right by your door ! let's not forget about the person they called the cops on because they were knocking on do

DON’T MOVE HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would!! The current management of this company is highly disorganized and unreliable. We are repeatedly told that inspections will take place, only for them to be canceled or ignored without explanation. This constant inconsistency disrupts our workflow and shows a clear lack of accountability. Frankly, it’s unacceptable. Under the previous manager, Valerie, ran things smoothly inspections were done on time, communication was clear, and there was a sense of professionalism that is now completely missing.

Its hard to get in contact with anyone, My AC has been broken for three months, and no one has given me an answer as to when it's ready. They said they installed a window air conditioner that's only good enough for the living room and dining room. My bedrooms are incredibly hot. I'm tired of filing reports and complaints, and no one does anything. Don't move here.

It's hard to get in contact with anyone in the office and especially to answer the phone. I've been having maintenance issue since day one. I have informed the manager multiple times and nothing gets done. It is ridiculous that I pay a good amount of money for my rent and nothing seems to get fixed. I have mold due to the negligent of the manager mold under my sink, due to my sink being broken. My AC is licking water I have to put an ice chest so the water doesn't go in to the rooms and again due to the negligent, I have mold now on the wall of my kitchen. I have issues with my stove , and microwave has never worked since day one. I also have more issues going on with my appt. This has been going on a little more than a year. The new management and maintenance is amazing! The outside grounds are clean, and there’s always a patrol in the area.
