Henderlane Apartments

I loved living at Henderlane Apartments. These are nice town homes that are close to basically everything you could need (including a bus stop that goes directly to campus) at a reasonable price. With the full unfinished basement, you have TONS of storage space and there is plenty of parking for all your visitors. The best part about these town homes is that you feel like you're living in a private neighborhood while still being so close to all of the nice things in Upper Arlington/Dublin. The area is safe and you are only a few minutes walk from a beautiful park. The management is great to work with and the maintenance is very quick. I really enjoyed my time residing at Henderlane Townhomes. It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors nestled in a peaceful convenient spot. I had to call maintenance once and they came same day and fixed the small issue right away. While it could use some cosmetic updates for my taste, everything worked well and I had no issues at all aside from being able to hear my next door neighbor and her bf laugh or yell (I think they were just extra loud people as I never heard my other next door neighbors on the other side) but no issues with property management. It’s not the fanciest apt but I would definitely recommend if you’re just looking for a basic townhome with full basement that not only meets your needs but also in a quiet, friendly, convenient neighborhood. I never felt unsafe.

My wife and I do not live here, but this review is a general one for the space and staff. We toured Henderlane and a couple other properties in the area managed by Landis and were impressed by Barbara, the property manager. She knows many of the residents by name and was very helpful with getting us information and getting us on the wait list. The pricing is very reasonable for the buildings and amenities. This is clearly a property that has a wait list because the tenants are happy and have no reason to move out. I highly recommend looking into this complex

We lived here over 5 years and loved it. Nice quiet neighborhood. Our toddler could ride his bike safely and the management team was very responsive to our needs. Would recommend this place.
