Talk about a business that thrives on draining money from the community. Ever since this company was put in place in our townhome complex, they started fining everyone for everything. If you have children, especially one with a disability, good luck. They will make it almost impossible for them to have a good quality of life. It's the saddest thing in the world. Everyone is constantly on edge, living in fear in a beautiful community that never had an experience like this. They make up new rules and fine you, they claim safety is a priority yet my wife slips and falls on the first icy day because no one salted. They promise they will fix your concrete of cracks and safety hazards and then never do. Don't worry though because our HOA fees keep going up every year and we've been consistently

The most mismanaged management company I have ever seen. So ironic. Our quality of life has gone down significantly since they have taken over where we live. They are only out to enforce meaningless rules to fine fine fine, collect collect collect. If YOU need something that you are entitled to though, good luck getting help. Good luck getting help of any kind for that matter. If you are elderly, have a family, or are disabled, they absolutely LOVE to make your life worse. Just pray they don't take over where you live.

What's the point of paying for HOA? These people do NOTHING for the community. They are simply in place to collect money, tell us what we can't do with OUR homes and do NOTHING. Imagine in 2025 when we have Dropbox and Google drive, they use MY money to pay for storage for files, in the digital age. You have to pay a portal fee because they can't use the money to build a system that in in house, to collect the mortgage payments, and not to mention, we pay for grass removal, yet, why do I still pay for it in the winter if no one is cutting the grass? And, dont tell me its for snow, because that's a random moment in the year, and I still have to shovel my own snow anyway. What purpose other than being a second bill, does Hellmen serve? If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. If this is the management company for a condominium you are considering, **RUN in the other direction**. Since they began working with Stonegate, the environment here has deteriorated significantly. The management repeatedly creates and enforces inconsistent rules, and they have engaged in behavior that feels harassing and intrusive—such as taking photos of residents’ private property and displaying them on poster boards at board meetings. Using humiliation and intimidation to pressure residents is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that many of their demands are based purely on **aesthetics**, not **safety**. Hellman Management has been great to work with! They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their tenants. Communication is always clear and respectful, and maintenance requests are handled within a timely manner.
