DO NOT RENT FROM HELFANT. Avoid this company like the plague. They certainly put the HEL in HELFANT. They never contact you on time with any concerns. They will charge you for things they are at fault for and make your stay a nightmare. Black mold was found after a tub leak and nothing was done to fix it. Even the tub was poorly installed after they were reached to fix it. I hope the plumbing was up to code because the workers did not look like normal licensed workers. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GROUP.

They are not responsive. Every maintenance request requires multiple attempts and follow ups. If you can rent from someone else, you are much better off.

Cheryl (Property Mgr) has an awful attitude and disposition even over the phone...Maybe she's much nicer in person, however I truly doubt it...I SAY AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
