My wife and I purchased our first house with the help of Dana Duran at Heirloom Realty International. Dana was there for us through the entire process and her background and knowledge helped us tremendously. She was always there to point us in the right direction when we had questions. Dana introduced us to the "Let's Do Something Good Together" program sponsored by Heirloom Realty. We volunteered our time with Dana at a Lake Clean-Up event and tutoring grade school children in Mount Dora! It was so much fun! Heirlooms Realtor, Nancy Eccles was AWESOME! She did all the homework necessary to set up a successful sale of our home and secured a contract on the first day of the open house. She led us through the experience with professionalism yet the sensitivity and understanding of a long time friend. She was always patient with our many questions and calls. She made the experience fun and upbeat and always had a smile on her face and in her voice. This knowledgeable lady was willing to do anything necessary to help assure a successful sale, despite her obviously busy schedule. Can't say enough good things about this realtor. I have this amazing realtor Dana Duran that works at Heirloom Realty. They have started this program called “ Let’s Do Some Good Together” and I had an amazing opportunity to do some volunteer work at an animal rescue that’s a no kill shelter called “A Forever home Pet Rescue. I did an adoption day at Tractor Supply and another day taking the dogs for a walk. Dana is awesome realtor as well for pleasant and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her to all of our family and friends.
