I used to live here for almost 3 years. The previous management was outstanding. My last month or so, new management came and oh my day they suck. They came in with a list of strict rules but also fail to maintain or take care of anything. If you like prison, this might be for you. It used to be pristine, now look at the hot tub state. They will get on you for anything and everything. Unless the management leaves, I don’t recommend this place and I’m glad I left just in time. They also did house checks once for the smoke alarms and would not tell anyone when they were coming. Like not even a specified c day. And would just use their keys. You could be naked or have kids alone and they did not care. Weirdos. But again, in my 3 years I have NEVER seen the hot tub this dirty. And in my many

I’ve been living in these apartments for three years, and for all that time I had absolutely no issues with the previous management. There was a great and pleasant lady running things, and everything was smooth and nice, no complaints at all. Now, this morning I went to the new manager with a couple of issues. First, I referred a friend to move in and I was supposed to receive a referral bonus—no idea the exact amount, but it was clearly promised. They just told me I wouldn’t get anything, no explanation whatsoever, even though we filled out all the paperwork correctly with all the right names and details. Second, I mentioned that I was a few hours late with last month’s payment and the previous manager had told me they could easily remove the $200 late fee, no problem. I even have a scr

I am extremely disappointed with the management and service at Heirloom Apartments. My scheduled move-in date was completely disorganized. Despite having a confirmed appointment for key collection, the staff was unprepared, leading to significant delays. This directly resulted in significant financial loss, as my scheduled delivery drivers were forced to leave. The lack of professionalism and adequate support from the staff was unacceptable, and I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter."

The management at Heirloom consistently fails to properly clean or prepare units after a tenant moves out. New tenants are left to deal with the previous resident’s mess, even when they inform management that they have physical limitations—such as carpal tunnel—that prevent them from doing so. Management shows no concern and provides no assistance. Units are not repainted between tenants, and washing machines with visible mildew are neither professionally cleaned nor replaced. What was supposed to be a happy and exciting time for me and my nine‑year‑old has instead turned into a stressful nightmare because of the lack of basic care and responsibility.

The office staff was amazing. they answered all of my questions with smiles on their faces. The property manager even came out and chatted with us. I feel like this place would be a great home with these wonderful lady's working in the office.
