Do not move here unless enjoy fearing for your safety for too much money. I write this at 530 am, while it's sub-20 degrees outside, freezing in sub-65 degree weather in my apartment while the heat short cycles. Same as it's been short cycling for more than 2 years since moving here and every 2-3 months I'm told it'll be fixed, a tech comes out, touches a few things, and it barely works again for a little while. 2 *YEARS* I've been suffering when this company can't or won't hire someone to do basic repairs and bring things up to code. All while they charge you out the butt for rent, increase rent yearly, do limited maintenance tasks, never have available parking, don't enforce their own policies (No street parking but I see cars parked on the side daily!). The design of these buildings being on top of each other & squeezed together & narrow streets make me think of this as a fire trap. The insides may be nice but it is very claustrophobic.
