Heights of Cityview

I recently moved in and the apartment was absolutely filthy. It was enough animal hair to clone that animal 4 times. Which is weird considering the amount of reviews I see about a cleaning fee. Toilet overflowed my first test flush. Roaches are in my kitchen. Food left in/behind appliances. It’s no way this apartment was cleaned prior to my move in. Im still waiting on those issues to be addressed after being said verbally and written via email to the office BUT they were able to call me about a complaint on me they received a night prior. Whoever I spoke to in the office is absolutely rude! But I will say the apartments are nice and the complex is quiet.

I've been living here for about 7 months and it has been a great experience! The apartments are nice and spacious, the property feels safe and they keep is very clean, the maintenance staff are very professional and prompt to take care of any concerns that have come up, the office staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect! Quick access to the highway and plenty of shopping and fast food options around. I really enjoy living here!

Quick response when I submit a reaquest. Very kind employees. Lots of trees and green grass. My apartment has tons of storage space. Neighbors are quiet and nice.

I’ve lived in apartments with ups and downs, and this was not one. Spent 2 years here and it was full time miserable. The office staff was extremely difficult to work with. Getting responses was near impossible (although I’m sure they’ll respond to this review) and at least to me, they were always rude. I will say that the maintenance was always very quick, and the maintenance staff were very nice. (+1 stars for the maintenance) During my time here, we were lucky enough to experience 2 large scale pool parties that involved police intervention as well as other parking lot incidents. Personally I used the gym often, but not too often as equipment was constantly broken for extended periods of time, and that “second luxury pool” in the back was open for exactly zero days during my time the
