Heights at Lake Murray

The Heights at Lake Murray is ran by a powerhouse of personable and hard-working employees. The Office Staff and Maintenance coordination is outstanding! I want to provide an overview of the experiences I've had with both. At request, the Office team has helped by collecting packages for safekeeping to keep our packages safe. They've been very responsive during the time where I needed to renew my lease and very welcoming since the start and continue to be. The maintenance team is amazing! They tackle problems day after day to keep this place running. I've my water heater replaced in less than 24 hours with a new one. This team and group of people genuinely care about the quality of work they put in. Thank you.

I have never lived in such a poorly unorganized residency. No one is ever In the front office to answer calls. The gate has been broken for who knows how long. We were told it was going to be fixed and it still doesn’t work. I’d be surprised if the cameras in the front actually work. The garbage pours out of the garbage compactor and leaves a trail going into the parking lot. The pool is hardly ever open and no explanation is given as to why. Our windows are not supported on it structure anymore and we have yet to know when they will be replaced. The office hours say they are open on the weekends but again no one works on the weekends. To top it all off if you have an emergency don’t count on the front office to help you after hours Because they disabled that line. ***update*** no changes

I haven’t even moved in yet but already I can tell this is going to be a great place to stay! The staff is awesome! I’ve specifically been working with Reagan and she is so kind and patient and willing to listen and answer any questions I have! She has made this process stress free and easy as pie! I am so thankful for her!

Living at The Heights at Lake Murray has been an amazing experience! I’ve been here since November, and I truly love my apartment. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and consistently professional. The property manager is awesome she genuinely cares about the residents, and it really shows in how the community is run. If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is absolutely the place to be!

The property is beautifully maintained with clean common areas, neat landscaping, and a real sense of safety and comfort. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well cared for, and the amenities like the pool, fitness center, and community spaces are always in great condition. The location is also convenient to shopping, dining, and major highways, making everyday life easier. Overall, it’s a welcoming, well-managed community that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.
