Great property with excellent customer service! I loved how welcomed the staff made me feel. But my favorite part is my restroom mirror ☺️! The property is very clean, maintenance is quick and Maricela the community manger is always there to assist you when you need her.

Five stars are not enough for the staff at The Heights 2121! The community is great, but the top-tier customer service is what truly makes this place home. I specifically want to give a massive shoutout to Elizabeth Sosa. She is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Every time I've needed assistance, she has handled it with efficiency and a smile. Elizabeth always makes you feel like your concern is her number one priority. She provides the kind of proactive, helpful assistance you rarely find in apartment living. It makes a huge difference! If you move here, you'll be well taken care of. Ask for Elizabeth!

They’re dumb. They drag their heels on maintenance requests and for some dumb reason they won’t explain, they won’t let you pay your rent until it becomes due on the first of the month. Say you want to be away when rent comes due and not have to think about it? Too bad! I have never experienced this before with any type of bill. Sometimes you hear back from them on messages you send like emails or messages on the resident platform, and sometimes you don’t. It all seems to be a crapshoot. At least they smile at you when they see you on the property. At least, usually they do. There is a shiny new fitness center and clubhouse, but very few spots to park outside of it. It’s honestly such a friendly and welcoming place. Everyone treats you like you’ve known them forever. The monthly events are fun, and the community vibe is always positive. I’m really happy to be part of it! If you ever visit, make sure to ask for Nora she’s wonderful, the best hands downs! She was very nice, professional & responsive to all questions, concerns and details of units available to my liking! Will definitely recommend to others and Ask for Nora
