Heer’s Luxury Living

I’ve absolutely loved living at the heers. I’m in the heart of downtown springfield, yet I feel very safe here sleeping at night even though I live alone. I have never seen a fly, spider, or bug of any kind in my unit. The communal areas are always extremely clean. Taylor is an absolutely wonderful property manager, he is extremely approachable and helpful no matter the case. I’m a paranoid gal, and once convinced myself that someone had broken into my apartment (they hadn’t) and Taylor immediately came to the unit for me until police got there. He’s very caring that his tenants feel safe and valued, and goes out of his way to plan little events for the community. Our Maintenance guy, Kenny, is also great at what he does. Lisa, the housekeeping lady, is AMAZING!!!!! Not only is she extremely thorough, but it is obvious that she is passionate about her work and desire to keep Heer's in the most beautiful condition it can be in. Her devotion to cleanliness is complimented by the clear passion she carries for serving the residents well. Thank you, Lisa, for making Heer's fall more into its title as a Luxury Living residence. Love living in heers, people in the building are super friendly and kind. Taylor does an amazing job and will always put his maximum effort into anything you ask of him. Couldn’t say enough good things about the staff at heers.

Lived here for over a year with my gf and we had no complaints at all. We went through two companies of ownership as well and the transition was seamless! Highly recommend this place for anyone that loves the downtown vibes!

We have lived at the Heer’s Building for the past two years. The building is historic but the renovation makes it feel like a modern luxury apartment. We absolutely love our apartment and the community amenities such as the rooftop patio and game room. The management has always been attentive and maintenance issues resolved quickly. We have lived in larger cities and rank this property at the top of the list. I’d recommend putting it on your list of places to consider if moving into Downtown Springfield.
