Heatherstone Apartments

In the summer, the pool is open maybe half the days if you’re lucky. Maintenance requests will take forever and there’s no urgency on their part. Rent will increase every year but the value you’re getting will not.

I appreciate how they deactivate the app that allows residents to pay rent online then when I came into the office to pay in person the office is locked with the blinds pulled down while i can see people inside at 4pm, an hour before they close. I feel like the property is severely under-staffed/over worked and it's now effecting the tenets that live here and their rent. Please do better

The apartments are ok I feel for the area isn’t great but the apartments are well taken care of the inside is roomy and up to date. They worked With me to get out of a bad situation I was in. I like that they have onsite laundry and some units that allow the washer and dryer . They have assigned parking , play grounds and 2 pools.

Do not move here unless you want your guests to be towed after an hour and be forced to pay 500 dollars to get their car back. People also get murdered here every week.

Terrible place to live if u have kids or babies there. Is constant violence at night a complete unsafe environment to have your family, constant drug use and just a sketchy area.
