Heatherbrook Apartments

My experience at Heatherbrook has been nothing short of amazing. Ms. Rochelle is extremely professional, kind and compassionate. She truly cares about the residents and the property. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. Any work orders that I have ever put in has been completed in under 72 hours. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good apartment complex to try. RJ fixed my toilet today and he did a very good job, very attentive, respectful and Nice.

So far , I love EVERYTHING about my apartment . The property manager Ms Rochelle is very empathetic and straightforward (I mean STRAIGHT forward) lol Ms Mo is wonderful very informative.. Ms Sharon service coordinator is wonderful!! Maintenance !!!! They are very very professional and hard working ! I appreciate them getting back to me in a timely manner . Thanks Mr Rj and the rest of the staff !!! You all are amazing !! Blessings to you ❣️

My time at heather Brooke was one of the worst time of my life .. I had issues with roaches badly in the beginning they still there but not as much anymore .. there was mice I found a total of 13 mice in my apartment.. they came in my apartment one day because it rained so bad mold came on my daughter wall and they only painted over it . It really got so bad mold was found all over the unit I didn’t want to take baths anymore because of it .. I had to clean it myself when they say they coming back they not for wks.. poor maintenance. They cnt keep a maintenance.. they need to start on the inside of every unit instead of decorating the outside trying to get people to stay there .. just unprofessional and Infested.. I was on the 3rd floor with my daughter and trying to see where was it comin

I've been living here 2 months and I love it. If I have an issue it's addressed immediately, and the office staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I do work from home so the weekly yard maintenance is loud, but in the end I appreciate the upkeep. but overall I love it here so far and I'm so glad my family is here.

Just moved in a few weeks ago the apartment was not clean carpet was wet. Everyday we have to go to office to tell them or ask them when are they going to complete this apartment they put us in. Its alot wrong with the apartment and they're taking their time to fix everything, but want the rent paid and on time. We're going to get out of this lease asap. Front office is not professional at all. This is the worst apartment we've ever been in. Maintenance said the front office rushed them to do this apartment and it shows it was rushed.
