I was very skeptical when my cousin mentioned he wanted to sell one of his properties to the "guy on tv" i.e. Rhen from Heartland. Conventional wisdom says that none of these companies are what they say they are. What they offer is not what you get. BUT, this was not the case with Heartland. Rhen personally made 2 trips to the property to meet with us. He made my cousin a very palatable offer. The process was seamless, his staff was very professional, attentive, and personal. Thank you to Rhen and his staff at Heartland. When I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment, I was very surprised that Rhen took the time to show up in person. He came not once but twice. He made a fair offer and then passed the ball to her very capable staff. Because of the complexity of my situation, most people said it would take months to close on my property. To my amazement, it only took a couple of weeks. I know this would not have happened if it was not for the diligence of his assistant Aisha. Aisha is Super. She kept me informed, she followed up and she walked me through the entire process. Judging from the times I received texts or emails from Aisha, the people at Heartland must work around the clock. My husband & I recently made the difficult decision to sell the home that belonged to my dad. My experience with Heartland Buys was positive. I had difficulty letting go of the home my father built and my mother fought hard to keep her sons in after he passed, but the house was bigger than my family needs and requires quite a bit of work being 44 years old. Rhen kept in touch with me as I decided what was the right thing to do, and would honor my parents. After meeting with Rhen and his project manager and hearing the renovations they would make to the home, I knew they would be things my Mom would have liked to have done if she was still here and could have afforded to. I look forward to seeing their vision come to fruition in my childhood home, and I hope the new owners will have the same love for that house as I do.
