Healthy Home Inspections

This is our first time buying a home so we are new to everything. Everything was made easy. When I called, I got a quote right away and with no pressure on making a quick decision. The has the best prices and it was easy to choose them. Trent was our inspector and he was great! Very thorough and his report gave detailed notes that even us newbies could understand. Quick service too. Called on a Thursday evening. Inspection on that Saturday at 9 am. I had the report before 5pm that same day. I can go on and on but this company is fantastic. Trent is definitely an asset to the company.

Derek did an amazing and thorough job on the inspection of what will be our new (to us) home. His diligence resulted in our getting some important items addressed that we would not have found, had we done the inspection ourselves. His professionalism and response to our follow-up questions allowed us to close on our new home in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is either purchasing or selling a home.

Id like to say that we were blown away with the home inspection we got from healthy home inspections, I kinda kicked the tires on bypassing the inspection to save a few bucks, let me tell you it was the best money I've spent in a long time, They went above and beyond in our opinion. The report was very well detailed and easy to understand with pictures, detailed descriptions and recommendations. They saw stuff that we could have never caught on our own 5 stars all the way. If you're in need of a home inspection I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed. A+++
