As an investor I have worked with many titles companies. While some have been tough to work with, many are just okay. One of the staff members named Diep has gone out of her way to help me complete a deal. She's been super easy to work with and really stays ontop of things. Really a breath of fresh air. The owner Sandy met with to help me sign and complete the business transaction . She wqs also very pleasant to work with. I will stick with them from here on out. Thank you both!

Decent title company that helped me close on my parents' house. Had to have the name corrected on the paperwork. Other than that, things went smoothly. They answered all my questions. I signed my things first with one lady and didn't have to wait while the buyers signed their things. Hazelwood called me that afternoon to let me know my funds should be in my parents' bank account. Parking was free and spots were available at the Chantilly office. Overall it was a good experience just not with a lawyer present as was the case in my previous experiences.

This company does not accept wire instructions via Email. How else do you expect to send a company wire instructions? Can’t make this stuff up. I gave them a one star base on not going above for a broker on a simple request. 10 years in the business and this is a first.
